Regarding Booking
Please select the garden(location) and artist you would like to submit an enquiry about and fill out our invitation form(booking form). We will make sure your invitation makes it safe and sound to Le Jardin de Zihwa.
Once the invitation form arrives, we will tell your story to our gardener(artist). Each artist will tentatively listen and send you a formal invitation. The invitation will be sent out via email, so please make sure to check your inbox.
Once you have thoroughly read the invitation and let us know that you would like to visit, we will help you with more detailed information regarding booking dates.
All consultations will take place in the order we receive deposits. Please note that it may take us up to 2~7 days to get back to you. We thank you in advance for your patience.
Once all talks are over, we will send you a few things to keep in mind. Please read through everything thoroughly as they are very important.
We are counting the days until we are able to meet :)
We hope you can feel what each of our artists uniquely convey, and that you will take home with you an ever-blooming garden.
※ In order to ensure a fair and smooth booking process, LE JARDIN DE ZIHWA asks that all clients take note of the following:
* All bookings and inquiries must be submitted through our homepage. We do not allow bookings to be made via email or by contacting our artists directly.
* Changes in schedule can be made up to a week before your appointment. You can request changes by sending an email to the address you received your booking confirmation from.
* Those who repeatedly ask to move their appointment without just cause will be placed on our blacklist.
